No Provider-Patient Relationship via Website

Accessing or using our website does NOT establish a provider-patient relationship between you and V!BE Integrative Health or any of its providers. COMMUNICATION

You decide how to communicate with your Provider outside of your sessions. You have several options: Texting 833-274-6038 / Phone 602-671-3091 or using the patient portal. As of 2026, we will not be responding to patient e-mails. Phone or the patient portal, is the most secure method of communication. Texting is not a secure method of communication and should not be used to communicate personal information. You may choose to receive appointment reminders via text message or email. You should carefully consider who may have access to your text messages or emails before choosing to communicate via either method. Text 833-274-6038 or call 602-671-3091 for appointment scheduling, medication refills, and communicating very brief, non-confidential updates to your provider.
