As V!BE Integrative Health’s Virtual Administrative Assistant, Kim works diligently behind the scenes to keep everything running seamlessly. From scheduling appointments and managing patient communications to handling insurance coordination and maintaining electronic health records, she plays a vital role in supporting both the team and patients every step of the way.

With more than 15 years of experience in women’s health—including a strong familiarity with hormone management—Kimberly is passionate about helping patients navigate the details of their care so they can focus on what matters most—their well-being. Though she works remotely, she is always just a phone call or message away, ready to assist with rescheduling, answering paperwork questions, or clarifying insurance concerns.

Outside of work, Kimberly cherishes time with her husband, three children, and grandchildren. She enjoys relaxing with a good book and unwinding by the beach whenever she has the chance. Dedicated, approachable, and compassionate, Kimberly is honored to be part of the V!BE team and committed to making every patient’s experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
