During this 90 minute assessment your provider will take the time to get to know you! This additional time allows for a comprehensive overview of your mental health history and a full evaluation of your past and current mental and emotional states. This assessment will provide the practitioner with the necessary information to help you develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to your needs. Whether you have an extensive mental or physical health history or simply want more time with the provider, the 90-min new patient assessment is the perfect choice.
Adult New Psychiatric Assessment $600 (120 min)
We offer a 120-minute Adult Psychiatric Assessment for new patients. This comprehensive assessment provides an in-depth look into the patient’s mental health, emotional wellbeing, and lifestyle. We will review medical history, family history, physical exams, and mental health screenings. Our team of experienced professionals will be there to answer any questions and provide the best care possible. Let us help you on your journey to total wellbeing.
New Adolescent Psychiatric Assessment $500 (90 min) or $600 (120 min).
This assessment is designed to help understand the unique needs of adolescents. Adolescents require a 90 minute appointment so that we can evaluate their mental health concerns and formulate a plan that both the adolescent and parent or guardian are comfortable with, so the healing process can begin. However, sometimes adolescents require longer than 90 min., needing up to 2 hrs. Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment in which both parents or guardians and adolescents can receive the support they need.
A 35 to 45 minute appointment offers a unique combination of medication management and mind-body session to help you achieve balance in your life. During this session, our provider will use sound and technology to train you how to get out of fight or flight and engage your parasympathetic nervous system. This combination of medication and mind-body techniques will help you better manage stress and promote relaxation. With this service, you can find a healthier and more balanced state of being.
Experience the benefits of medication management. Our 30 minute session is specifically designed to evaluate how your psychiatric medications are working, and to determine if any changes need to be made. During this session, we will discuss your current medications, any side effects you may be experiencing, and any lifestyle changes that may be recommended. Let us help you find the best approach to managing your mental health.
This unique 60 minute session is aimed to help you cope with the emotional and physical stress of infertility. We have over 15 years of experience working in reproductive endocrinology, so we understand the unique challenges and stress associated with fertility treatment. We are dedicated to helping you create awareness, connection, and compassion for yourself as you navigate this difficult journey. Our supportive sessions will equip you with tools to help you cope better and increase your chances of success.
This 30 minute appointment is aimed to obtain a thorough examination of your hormones. We will perform a thorough medical assessment and discuss if hormone replacement or hormonal contraceptives is a safe and appropriate for you.

Any services not covered by your plan, as well as co-pays, deductibles, and non-covered service fees, are your financial responsibility and must be paid in full at the time of service.
